Available Courses

The subject covers the general principles in remedial law, the law on jurisdiction, the rules of procedure in ordinary civil action [Rule 1 to 39 of the Rules of Court] and criminal action [Rule 110 to 127 of the Rules of Court], and the modes of appeal and review of judgments and final orders [Rule 40 to 56, 64, 65 and 70, Rules of Court], inclusive of all related circulars, memoranda, and case law promulgated by the Supreme Court.

The entire course is divided into five (5) parts consisting of thirty-three (33) modules.

The number of accredited units is five (5).

Regular classes would be held every Friday, from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, in accordance with the law school's academic calendar.


The subject covers the law on jurisdiction [in general and civil cases, in particular] and the rules of procedure in civil action under Rule 1 to 71 of the Rules of Court that include provisional remedies, special civil action, the different modes of appeals and reviews of judgments and final orders in civil cases, and all related circulars, memoranda, and case law promulgated by the Supreme Court.

The entire course consists of twenty-two (22) modules.

The number of accredited units is five (5).

Regular classes would be held every Saturday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, in accordance with the law school's academic calendar.

The subject covers and deals with the basic principles and philosophy behind the political structure of the Republic of the Philippines, including its constitutional history and processes, its existence as a State, citizenship and the different branches and constitutional organs of the government.

The entire course consists of ten (10) modules.

The number of accredited units is four (4). 

Regular classes would be held every Tuesday, from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, in accordance with the law school's academic calendar.

The subject covers a discussion on the basic concepts, structure and framework of computers, telecommunications and the resulting network popularly known as the ‘Internet’. This technology brought about a paradigm shift in the way people all over the world communicate, interact and conduct business with pervasive socio-cultural, economic and political impact. Inasmuch as law should be technology-neutral, the subject shall have a broad discussion of the different legal dimension and perspective brought about by developments in information technology.

Part of the academic requirement to satisfactorily complete the course is the submission of a scholarly and well-researched paper on an information technology issue or topic pre-approved by the professor.

The entire course consists of three (3) modules. The number of accredited units is two (2).

Regular classes would be held on Tuesdays, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in accordance with the law school’s academic calendar.
